In this video, I react to the Chainsaw Man movie covering the Reze Arc, one of the most emotionally devastating and unforgettable arcs in the entire series. What starts as something sweet and hopeful quickly spirals into betrayal, chaos, and heartbreak – and I was absolutely NOT READY WHATSOEVER, OH MY GOD.
Watching Denji experience genuine affection for the first time, only for it to be ripped away by the reveal of Reze and the Bomb Devil, was painful in the most Chainsaw Man way possible. Just when I thought I couldn’t hate Makima any further…this film proved otherwise 💀 The shift from quiet romance to explosive violence is brutal, sudden, and completely on brand for this story.
I LOVED the Angel Devil and Aki pairing and I can’t wait to see more of them in the future.
The conclusion? When Power leaves, s***t hits the fan LOOL.
